A supplier of engraving supplies and competitor of Johnson Plastics for over 30, Artisan Engraving was also known for being very creative in solving the needs of their customers.

“We are very excited about this acquisition and the chance to serve customers in markets that we have not entered previously,” said Tom Johnson, Johnson Plastics CEO. “Our companies have long shared the same business philosophy. We hope to make the transition as easy as possible for Artisan customers.”

Because Artisan was located in Carrollton, Texas, most of its inventory will be absorbed into Johnson Plastic’s Texas office, which is also located in Carrollton.
