- Description of Sweepstakes Offer. The Engravingsublimationforum.com Sign-Up Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Johnson Plastics, located at 9240 Grand Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55420 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will award one Apple® IPad™ with Wi-Fi -16GB (1) prize to one (1) winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
- Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes promotion begins on the forum start date (May 14th, 2010) and ends September 17, 2010 at 11:59:59 am CST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. One (1) winner will be drawn on or about the 20th day of the month following the close of the Promotion Period.
- How to Enter. To enter online, go to www.engravingsublimationforum.com and register for a Login/User ID. The user must post at least (1) message on the forum, message must be relevant to section it was posted in. By completing the registration, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Sweepstakes. All parts of the registration must be filled out correctly; incomplete, illegible, misdirected entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per person or e-mail address or IP address is permitted. Duplicated entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or deleted. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the sweepstakes, etc., the Sponsor will not be held liable.
- Eligibility. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN, but entrant MUST
COMPLETE the registration and be an existing customer with Johnson Plastics to have their name entered into the drawing (see below for information on how to become a Johnson Plastics customer). The user than must post at least (1) message on the forum, message must be relevant to section it was posted in or may be deem ineligible. The Sweepstakes is open to all those who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who live in the United States (including the District of Columbia). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Johnson Plastics’ in the format designated in step 3 above. Employees of Johnson Plastics, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- Description of Prize. One Apple® IPad™ with Wi-Fi -16GB (1) Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner randomly selected from all entrants. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Johnson Plastics, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize is unable to be obtained due to availability.
- Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prize. A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by forum message within ten (10) days of the drawing. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize by replying to e-mail or forum message with a valid name and shipping address. If winner does not acknowledge by the 14th day of notification, a new winner will be drawn on the fifteenth (15) day.
- Failure to comply with Official Rules. Failure to comply with the Official Rules and/or failure to respond within 14 days of e-mail or forum message notifying of winning or the return of the prize notification as undeliverable will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to respond within 14 days of e-mail or forum message notifying of winning or the return of the prize notification as undeliverable, the alternate winner forfeits the prize and no additional alternate winner shall be chosen. Completion and submission of the registration constitutes permission to post the winner's name on the Sponsor's website and use the winner's name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. Offer void where prohibited. Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of his/her voice, name, likeness, biographical information and/or photograph by Sponsor for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the Promotion (unless prohibited by law).
- Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws in the United States and is void where prohibited and void in any country except the United States. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the rules, act in an unprofessional manner or with intent to disrupt any other entrant or sponsor(s). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Sweepstakes prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in the state of Minnesota in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
